On the slope towards the Zena Valley, in the hills of Pianoro and 17km far from Bologna (Italy), Spunzola Farm is extended over 14 hectares, whom 7ha are coppice. Since 1982, Spunzola has been active in sheep breeding and organic agriculture.
It is owned by Paolo Ruocco, project leader of the "Terzaccoglienza" project . Currently he lives in the Spunzola Farm with his wife Bianca Buffa.
