VisionPilot is a team of consultants working with social innovation and project and concept development.

VisionPilot is a social innovation company with several consultants in the team that have many years’ of experience within the field.


The VisionPilot team all have experience with social innovation projects plus experience from projects in one of Denmark’s ghetto-areas – the Gellerup Area in the City of Aarhus where we work with inclusion; job perspectives; interaction between different sectors (a.o. culture) and the Labour market and method development as to youth unemployment in deprived areas for vulnerable groups.

The two co-founders of VisionPilot are:

Faisal Mohamed, Cand.IT, is a Danish integration expert, known from national tv-and radio shows. Futhermore, he has the experience and the education necessary to create a good and useful IT system. He has worked with requirement specifications for IT systems to make a suitable system that needs the end-users wishes. A specification for an IT system describes what the organization/company wants the system to be able to do and it is based on the identified needs of the end-users. A good requirement specification for an IT system must therefore be formulated by conducting surveys so that both the developer and the user the system has a clear understanding of what the solution entails. This will be achieved by identifying the end-users wishes by conducting a need-analysis and by developing the system in close cooperation with users and the developers.


Andreas Holmgaard-Jensen is a development-consultant and has a master’s degree in Design Management and broad knowledge and experience with development processes, workshops, concept development and user-involvement. He sees strategy and creativity as a wholistic approach to development and innovation. Furthermore, he has a bachelor degree in International Communication and Multimedia and many years’ experience with media production and marketing and communication strategies. One of his big strengths is his empathic skill to facilitate and create collaboration across all types of groups of people, and to see potential in both people and ideas, which he is using in his social innovation work.
