In Europe 21 million unemployed, 6,6 million NEETs and 4 million graduates require an accelerated path towards employment. Unfortunately, career support institutions (public employment centres, universities and secondary schools) struggle to find a sustainable model which is able to support everyone, especially nowadays where changes in career paths are more and more frequent (up to 12 times in a lifetime).

In order to overcome operative limits of traditional brick and mortar employment services and lack of resources to effectively help everyone, we launched JOBIRI, the first digital career advisor which makes use of artificial intelligence to support jobseekers. JOBIRI is an integrated ecosystem of career services tailored for both jobseekers and career support institutions. On one hand, it overcomes traditional services limits, and on the other hand, it offers a personalised and tech-based solution, tailored on specific users’ needs. The platform has a double interface: the Jobseekers’ full stop shop solution interface provides: curriculum and cover letter builders divided by role and sector, a smart CV analyzer which automatically provides feedback and suggestions, tailored job offers (at international level) according to user’s background and professional ambitions, and interviews training module. The Institutions interface allows them to improve the support to jobseekers while simplifying tasks such as monitoring and reporting; also, it identifies candidates’ job search needs. This helps to keep jobseekers engaged while providing a personalized 24h/24 support service.
