We have started since 2011 working in the field of HR and education. During the 2013 we decided to increase our business offer and setup an innovation unit. As result we just started enlarging our proposal and making a relevant growth which in 2015 consolidated in an increased number of clients and partners.

In 2016 we became an italian innovative company, a special register for selected companies in Italy, counting just 600 SMEs at the moment.

Our team of 15 people is still growing and we do expect to double it during the 2018.

Our mission is at helping companies, startups and people to address the cultural change needed to successfully realize their professional goals in an environment changing continuously, affected by the digital transformation and the disruptive innovation.

We do offer customised programs of Open Innovation, hackathons and education packages on leading and innovative areas such as Lean Startup, Business planning and modeling, VC funding and so forth.
