Fostering entrepreneurial behaviour in the school

Children are in their essence entrepreneurs (on a broad sense - ability to find solutions for problems and act to solve them). The education process soon moderate that entrepreneurial spirit with standard ways to solve problems. What we propose is training for teachers to, under controlled environment and with appropriate knowledge, allow young students nourish their entrepreneurial spirit and skills.

The method Tree that we present here as a solution to reduce depopulation tackles the actors of the education process as well as the local entrepreneurial and social tissue to motivate pupils with entrepreneurial attitude and behaviour. By involving and rewarding pupils in solving actual needs we promote their sel confidence and motivation.

With actual results from previous applications, we provide a capacitation process that be locally scaled to future developments.
