I am a co-founder of Space Engagers, a tech-for-good start-up that uses interactive mapping to unlock the potential of citizens and data to address social and environmental challenges. Space Engagers emerged from the EU FP7 TURAS project in University College Dublin (UCD), and has received funding awards from Social Innovation Fund Ireland and Climate KIC. I recently completed a PhD in the UCD School of Landscape Architecture, exploring Patrick Geddes’ work in Dublin (1911-1914) as a precedent for the application of urban resilience thinking to the city. My background is in architecture, urban planning and carbon management.
