I am the CEO and founder of Project Ahead, cooperative company involved in the management of projects funded by EU, national and regional programmes or private funders in the fields of enterprise creation, young employment services, third sector and social enterprise consultancy and social innovation.

I was president and founder of the Italian Social Innovation network and held several positions in some CSOs like Confcooperative Napoli, Federlavoro Campania and Forum del Terzo settore. I am also a founding member of the Global Social entrepreneurship network (GSEN).

I have an economic background and a long experience in EU structural funds programming in Italy and in other EU countries, as well as a long experience as manager of EU projects and trainer for enterprise creation and social innovation.

I also worked for 8 years for the National governmental agency for enterprise creation, currently Invitalia, where I was in charge of the evaluation of the start-ups asking for public grants and consultancy services.
In 2014, I was a member, as technical expert, of the GECES Italia working group at the Ministry of Welfare, which worked on the reform of the third sector and social enterprise legislation reform; and I was a member of the National task force of the G7 focusing on impact investing.
