My experience is 13 years in the marketing consultancy. After 8 years as a senior parter of POP Consulting, a company specialized in stratetegical and territorial marketing in Reggio Emilia  and 2 years as CMO and board member of GlassUp, a tech SME in Modena, last year I have founded POPWave consulting agengy specialized in a strategical analysis and marketing support for small companies and SME's.

The focus of POPWave is :

  • strategical market (digital too) analysis
  • marketing budgeting and planning
  • coaching to young resources in marketing department


In this time i have managed several "glocal marketing" projects, following the mains: 

  • 2006-2007 "Analysis of City Brand Reputation of Provincia of Reggio Emilia (customer: Provincia of Reggio Emilia)

  • 2014 "City - Brand Reputation Analysis and forecast positioning scenario" (customer: Comune di Fidenza -PR)
  • 2015-2016 " Digital Marketing Analysis" (customer: Food Emilia website)

I was marketing teacher for professional school in Reggio Emilia as CIS - Confindustria and IFOA (from 2009).
I have managed and I manage marketing project for several companies that play an important role in the Reggio Emilia Ecosystem, big companies (MaxMara Fashion Group, Coop Alleanza 3.0, Dana Brevini, Landi Renzo) and small companies too (Serigrafia 76, Colorificio Damiani, Unichains).
I have collaboration projects with some tech companies to developing "marketing tool" designed on the companies needs (GlassUp for Augmented Reality Technology, Way for BI management, Lovemark srl for digital marketing tools).

Basically my management experience is to manage a team of 5-10 people and several techical partners/suppliers.


My vision is : "all organization, big or small, needs a "taylor made hear approach" to design the right marketing plan, the Branding Machine starts from the external and internal hearing".
