A solution by Christar submitted to Cooperation and work for migrants
Our solution harnesses the power of multiplication in job creation. We will identify, assess and equip an entrepreneur in the immigrant community and incubate and accelerate his/her micro enterprise that will hire 10 unemployed immigrants. The process then will repeat and be used to create new local, regional and global enterprises that eliminates unemployment.

We are addressing the 64% unemployment among immigrants in Andalusia.
• How your solution aims to satisfy that need in practical terms?
By creating a movement of micro enterprises in the immigrant community that creates ten jobs per enterprise. This would create new jobs and business instead of competing with the existing job market. We believe it would be a win-win situation to create new business that provide local, regional or global products and services. It will not only reduce the reported 64% unemployment among immigrants but would potential reduce the unemployment among Spanish nationals as well.
• What are the implications of implementing your solution?
1. By using our relationships with the European and Innovation Centre Network and existing partnerships with universities we can identify products and services that are have market impact in the local, regional and global marketplace.
2. Our relationships with three current NGOs providing services to the immigrant community gives us access to thousands of individuals and families that are the target group of the Social Challenge
3. Incubation of each microenterprise can be provided through our partnership with the Business and Innovation Center Euronova.
4. Coaching and mentoring would be provided for the micro enterprise by our Director of Business Integration
5. This is scalable to provide micro enterprises for hundreds and then thousands of immigrants in the Malaga Province.

Our direct competition would be the black-market product sellers that are prevalent
in the immigrant community of Malaga Province. We will provide legal employment.
