Every project begins inquire deeply into client’s needs, both the expressed and the unexpressed ones. More than the specific request (ex: “I need a website”) we are interested in knowing what it will serve, what will be the primary purpose, who will be addressed to, etc… In our opinion, reasoning for means and not for intents is always self-defeating.
A good communication is always based on a coherent strategy. Defining a measurable objective, analyzing the target and the market, setting the tone of voice, fixing strategy and the channels to be used: these are the fundamental elements that transform a project into a path oriented towards an achievable goal.
The message can and must use different channels to achieve different goals and audiences. Web, social network, traditional medias, email marketing, etc: the coordinated use of various promotional methods is always at the center of our planning, paying attention to new and emerging channels and trade trends.
