The company was founded in July 2014 under the designation Selectbiz S.r.l.s.. It was registered in the register of innovative startups in April 2015. Since 2014, the year of the beginning of the adventure, the management started to work hard to innovate the digital payment transaction market, aware that it could significantly improve crowdfunding.

Giftsitter was the company's first product, an online gift list. The project was funded by Invitalia thanks to “Smart & Start” program and it was identified as one of the most innovative projects on the whole national territory. Later, in July 2015, it was selected by the TIM #WCAP business acceleration program, entering the company's supplier register. In April 2016, Banca Sella selects Giftsitter among the 10 most innovative fintech startups in the European scene. In June 2016, Amazon agreed to forge a partnership that allowed us to create the first crowd-payment platform with an integrated Store. In July 2016, Invitalia decided to carry out a substantial second round of financing through “Smart & Start Italia” project. In November 2016, Giftsitter obtained access to the Internationalization program acceleration in Spain, thanks to the project's candidacy by the TIM #WCAP Accelerator because the access was limited to startups proposed by certified accelerators. In July 2017, Giftsitter was selected within TIM's Call for Partner, also managing to access the final phase of the project. Today it has concluded the delivery of the PoC towards the TIM Personal BU with the sole objective of a commercial integration of the Giftsitter technologies within the TIM App.

Considering its enormous successes, the company has concentrated its efforts in the payment solution sector, creating sectoral group payments services. This is how PayOh! was born, the payment gateway for e-Commerce, Crowdfunding platforms and Web App projects based on e-wallet technology. In addition to credit transfers and credit cards, payments via BitCoin and Sisal will also be included (a unicum on the market).

The company structure consists of three founding members: Sergio Serafini, Gabriella Massara, Stefano Sardo. The team is also composed by collaborators Vito Mammana, Fabrizio Pulvirenti and Irene Raineri. All these figures, residing in the province of Catania, have a high degree of competence in their field.
