We are convinced that refugees should not be stigmatized and excluded from society by being accommodated in camps. Instead, we should offer them a warm welcome. We believe we can establish a culture of open doors for refugees across Europe. We believe that technology can help us achieving integration and social inclusion faster by leveraging people's resources both material and immaterial. How can we do that? First by providing refugees with an accomodation so that they can learn the language faster and  adjust to a new environment more easily. On the other hand we believe that coabition is useful for local host too who will get to know a different culture and help a person living in difficult conditions. Refugees Welcome Italy is a part of global network currently active in 15 countries across the world while other 20 national groups are being set up. We were labelled by media as  Airbnb for refugees. Though such definition can be flattering in a a way is also resizing: we rather think of ourselves as platform for social good. AIrbnb but with heart.
