After graduating University of Mining and Geology, “St. Ivan Rilski”, Sofia, Bulgaria I began working as a junior expert in Executive environment agency of Bulgaria. I worked in Waste department, Environmental monitoring directorate. I realised that environment sector was an area I could enjoy. I was assigned immediately to the international team for implementation support of the project: “National Program for Reducing the Number and Danger of Landfills and Old Contaminated Sites”, financed by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit, Germany. A few months later I was appointed as a National reference centre for waste.
A few years later, I began working as a state expert in Evaluation, tendering and contracting department, EU funds for environment directorate under the Ministry of environment and water in Bulgaria. Working under implementation of Operational program Environment helped me developing my knowledge of environment protection, projects life cycle and public procurement.
Having such successfully expert career I realised that environment protection, monitoring, evaluation and project were the sectors I had really become interested in so in 2015 I decided to start a own  consultancy company in which I still work today.
