We work in two ways to achieve this: first, we work in the globalization of educational institutions, investing in experiential content at international level. Second, we create opportunities so that all adolescents, no matter where they are from or their situation, have access to our programs through our Youth&Leadership Program.

AIPC Pandora is a non-profit organization with more than 15 years of experience in promoting Global Citizenship and building a fair, solidary and peaceful world. To achieve this, we organize international education programs based on volunteering activities, cultural exchange or professional internships in more than 57 countries and multicultural environments.

We complement the education of the young people with the global challenge on an international level, we contribute to the globalization of the educational institutions and we expand the access to international education to all youngsters no matter where they are from or their situation.

AIPC Pandora ensures equal opportunities in term of origin, diversity and minorities and disadvantages backgrounds throught the Youth&Leadership Program is an innovative education project that offers grants to participate in international experiences to young people who excel in education, art and/or the social field, but who have limited social-economic opportunities. The Program is made possible thanks to a partnership between AIPC Pandora and the mentoring organizations of the adolescents (NGO and local entities) and with the financing organizations (Foundations and companies). In 2018 at least 20% of our participants will receive some kind of financial help
