My name is Andreas Holmgaard-Jensen and I am a development-consultant and owner of VisionPilot. I have worked on many large innovations projects about employment, social inclusion and integration. Futhermore, I have a master’s degree in Design Management and broad knowledge and experience with development processes, workshops, concept development and user-involvement. I see strategy and creativity as a holistisc approach to development and innovation. Furthermore, I have a bachelor degree in International Communication and Multimedia and many years’ experience with media production and marketing and communication strategies. One of my biggest strengths is my empathic skill to facilitate and create collaboration across all types of groups of people, and to see potential in both people and ideas, which I am using in his social innovation work.
