From running an IceCream Van to Strategic Management over Project Management in financial business, I gained various work life experience from diverse points of view and positions. My motivation is the continuously challenge of new experiences and ambitious projects. This approach is relevant to my private life as well – hence I for example made my front yard into a vegetable garden for rarities and opened it for my neighbours. Last but not least: Cooking has been one of my private passions for many years. The curiosity and the desire to experiment with local and long forgotten foods and spices as well as the joy of cooking together with other people represent significant drivers to be part of KOCH DOCH!
