I have 10 years of professional experience in investment banking and management position in Telekom Austria Group (manager in controlling department in Croatian subsidiary Vipnet).

I have 3 years od product development and entrepreneurship experience relevant to hiring and social challenges.

As of 2008 I’m constantly involved in education and workshops regarding professional development, career guidance, educating young students about job application and hiring process.

I was a speaker at Berlin Human Resources conference - Global Talent Management Leaders in 2015, speaker at People analytics Forum in Zagreb in 2017 and a speaker at student conference Manager20 (now LEAP) in 2015.

I’ve held around 20 workshops on job skills development topics in Croatia in high school and graduate school environment.

I am motivated to contribute to social challenges primarily ones regarding job market and development of skills needed to bridge the gaps between employers and people trying to integrate on the job market.
