Career at hand (Posao na dlanu legal name in Croatia) is an online assessment platform helping companies to digitize their hiring process.
We are working with some of the largest Croatian companies and some of the international ones (like Samsung).
We have made around 15,000 assessments in last 2 years and helped saved around 40,000 working hours to our clients.
We are startup headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia.
We are a team of 4 including psychologist, marketing and sales functions, and project manager.
Currently we are working on a new digital platform to help job applicants and employers make easier connection and increase job opportunities on the market.
It is called CareerCentar and it received 200 k EUR EU funding.
