The Fairmittlerei collects surplus Non Food products from producers and retailers and provides them to NPOs according to demand. In doing that large amounts of waste are avoided. NPOs can acquire needed goods at a fraction of the regular market price. The money saved this way can be used for social purposes. We have already established a network of producers, retailers and NPOs and until today have saved more than 4 tons of products of going to waste and helped NPOs save over € 20 000.
