Friesland is a region marked by a specific cultural profile, with a very strong community sense, new flows of innovation in the economic sector with new types of enterprises and jobs. This is seen as a huge opportunity for newcomers. Their competences and mindset are however at present not yet tuned to this new society. Our mission is to bridge this gap with our unique tailormade program 

Our 5 week program consists of different phases and works on different levels:
1) Individual level – we work on the mindset and the competences of people through a combination of knowledge, exercises and a ground-breaking XLX entrepreneurship game.
2) Regional level – by working with the mentors of MPF we safeguard that the program is embedded in the regional network
3) National level – our program can be scaled up and offered to other regions within The Netherlands 

Our methods have proven their value in terms of improved self-confidence and wellbeing. Our team combines a variety of expertise. We have worked with displaced people for years and additionally we are very entrepreneurial and innovative.  We aim to offer participants the instruments they need to regain control over their lives and future in work.  
In summary: with this program we untap the hidden potential of newcomers, while accelerating economic development in the region.
