What
A co-created tool that collect and answer to the needs and challenges that students and teachers are facing before, during and after school.

Common Goal
Empathy towards other classmates; gender equality among peers and adults; diversity among the international community

Our Hypothesis:
1. Different is good! Everybody is different! That’s something we all have in common!
2. Common values create a safe environment for individuals and ideas to grow!
3. Diversity and different perspectives makes the best foundation for innovation!

Understanding the value of diversity and that different perspectives makes the best foundation for innovations both in schools and in workplaces.

How
A design process to engage students and teachers in creating a culture that encourages and empowers students and teachers to act as role models.

Identify and map other stakeholders.

The overall goal is to build a sustainable culture of empathy and friendliness. 

The co-created platform will be the tool that makes it easy and fun to continue, develop and follow up the discussions, results and commitments made during the process.

By co-creating the platform, we can stimulate a learning process. By using design-tools and exercises, different needs and perspectives will naturally be included.

The process and platform can be the foundation for a sustainable culture and many future friends at/to/from Futurum
