Civic Enterprises' Senior Mentor Program engages people over 55 in meeting society's greatest challenges. Today, 120 Senior Mentor Program members in 12 cities tutor and mentor elementary school students struggling to learn to read. Research shows that Senior Mentor Program boosts students' academic performance, helps schools become more successful, and enhances the well-being of older adults.

Civic Enterprises - Civil Vállalkozások, Budapest, Hungary (2008-Present)
- Launched Senior Mentor Program that engages people over 55 to tutor and mentor 2400 elementary school children struggling to learn to read at 35 elementary schools
- Recruited 270 mentors (out of 4000 applicants) for corps member positions
- Published Senior Mentor Program Tool kit with recruitment, training and evaluation materials
- Launched Civic Coworking for 12 companies
- Published Civic Enterprises: The Road to Freedom
- Launched Civic Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program

Co-founder, RETURN - U.S. Alumni in Hungary (2010-Present)
- Fostering communication and cooperation among U.S. alumni groups
- Organized 3 annual leadership accelerator trips to New York and Washington, DC
- Organized 6 annual alumni conferences and 4 alumni retreats

Board Membership, Hungarian American Coalition, Washington, DC (2014-Present)
- Established the Budapest-Washington, DC Internship Program for Social Entrepreneurship
- Organized the internship program for 14 participants at leading Washington, DC based organizations

- Participation at entrepreneurship boot camp in Valparaiso
- Co-founded Copernicus Space Science and Entrepreneurship Laboratory

Research Fellowship, Smarter Learning Group, Washington, DC (2012-2013)
- Participated in the expansion planning of the AARP Experience Corps Chicago program
- Created an online community service action plan database for more than 130 U.S. cities participating in the Grade-Level Reading Campaign of 2012 All-America City Awards
