A trainer, a researcher and a facilitator, with integral sustainability as the core goal and passion for different methods and approaches. Founder and employee of Altekio, a collective experience of entrepreneurship within social and solidarity economy framework, that helps me to catalyse entrepreneurship and collective leadership in different projects.

My role in Altekio is project coordinator, as a result of years of experience in coordinating and implementing projects. Main recent projects:

I have been part of different social and community movements for more than 20 years. My experience of living and working in different countries (UK, Brazil, Portugal, Mexico, Morocco, etc.) connects me with my search for diversity.

Degree on Environmental Studies (UAM, 1997-2001) and pHD on Environmental Education (UAM, 2011). Consultant/collaborator teacher on Posgraduate studies on Design for Sustainability (UOC) since 2012. As a researcher, current collaborator of the Laboratory of Socioecosystems (UAM), I have published more than 30 articles, conference papers, book chapters, etc. and teach in several Master programmes. https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Concepcion_Pineiro

Trained in different group facilitation methodologies since 2001. Group facilitation annual training (120 hours) certified by IIFAC (2007). Oasis Game facilitator since 2009 in different places (Copenhaguen, London, Barcelona, etc.). Currently finalizing Processwork Diploma at Instituto de Trabajo de Procesos (Barcelona).
