Shane OCurry is a community development and human rights education worker who hasdeveloped community-based hate crime monitoring since 1998. He is the director of ENAR Irelandwhere in 2013 he co-developed and launched the iReport.ie racist incident reporting system.Using data from iReport.ie, he has produced numerous reports on racist incidents, and onmonitoring. He attends the EC High Level Group on Hate Crime. He has widespread experience indeveloping teaching modules on hate incident monitoring. As a partner in the Facing Factsprogramme he is developing next generation online hate crime teaching modules for police andprosecutors
