Pão a Pão Association (PAP) is a non-profit entity whose mission is the integration of refugees from the Middle East through training and employment, while keeping them connected to their roots.
The NGO runs its activity through a sustainable model, based on the commercialization of Arabic food through restaurants and catering services, as well as workshops and debates promoting the Arabic culture.
The main focus are women and, as much as possible, young adults whom, for various reasons, present higher risks in their transition to new life conditions and experiences.
