AIMS OF THE PROJECT
analyse critical issues and possible improvements of the model to accompany inclusion in the workplace of disadvantaged staff used by the Open Space Social Cooperative
identify the strengths of the Model in order to disseminate it so that it can be replicated and become a reference point in the sector
identify norms and models of reference in order to reduce elements of «auto-referencing»
guarantee a multi-stakeholder approach
seek effective and “non-bureaucratic" solutions
