The Social Entrepreneurship Cluster in Vojvodina (CASPEV), Serbia is an association of socially responsible small and medium-sized companies that base their business on the principles of social entrepreneurship, educational institutions and other participants in the field of social entrepreneurship. CASPEV is established in March 2016. The CASPEV is to be the link between the economy, the education and research institutions and other stakeholders in the field of social entrepreneurship with the following goals to:
- recognize good social initiatives among young people;
- increasing the number of employed people from vulnerable groups on the territory of Vojvodina and beyond,
- create education in the field of social entrepreneurship management,
- stimulate the competitiveness and innovations of socially-oriented entrepreneurship companies.
VISION, MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
Caspev's mission is to ensure the integration of higher-level business entities and other stakeholders in the field of social entrepreneurship in the territory of Vojvodina. Exercising excellence in social entrepreneurship in and outside Vojvodina focuses on the focus and orientation towards projects, education and commitment of all members and the management of CASPEV.
CASPEV's vision is to improve social entrepreneurship through the recognition of good social initiatives and innovations, increasing the share of vulnerable groups in the working population, better integrating vulnerable groups into the working environment, strengthening the competitiveness and innovation of business entities and organizations that perform their business on the principles of social entrepreneurship in the territory Vojvodina and beyond.
