When the enterprises have a vacancy, the people they want to fill the position would be actively job hunting and ready to step into the role immediately. In reality it's unlikely they will be available when you want them, and when they are, you're not on the lookout for any new employees.


The enterprise can develop relationships with potential candidates long before needing them when hiring an employee. These efforts will also help in recruiting a large pool of candidates when a current position is available.


The challenge owner looked for development of an innovative system to facilitate relations between local productive and research ecosystem and foreign students, researchers, professionals who are interested in studying and researching, to stimulate innovation in enterprises and to attract talents.


Our solution is based on a simple idea which is well examined in Nordic countries and really helped to establish strong links and fruitful relations between the research environment and industry partners.

The idea is to have a pool of talented people and easy filters and procedures to connect them to the industry partners. This pool is a “Job Bank” includes a “Job Match” service which matches the various registered employers with the registered job seekers, according to their respective needs and profiles. As a result of this matching service, the employer receives a list of qualified candidates, while the applicant receives a list of suitable jobs. This matching system will help to:
