The problem :

More than 4,5 Millons elders are alone at home. They need caregivers. Only 10% of elders have a teleassistance system that offers a weekly courtesy call with a call center, but not with a caregiver.
It's our responsibility to determine when an elder need care, and to alert caregivers.

The solution :

YooLiv is a communication object, who detects when an elder need care, and alerts caregivers. YooLiv is easy to install : put YooLiv in the main room, plug it, and send a SMS to YooLiv.
YooLiv alerts you when it detects an abnormal situation, or when elder needs care.

YooLiv is available in two models :

YooLiv One : thanks several sensors, YooLiv One is able to detect abnormal situation and to alert caregivers with SMS. YooLiv one is small and discreet. 

YooLiv Maxi widen YooLiv One : with 6 fully configurable and ergonomic buttons, and a call function, YooLiv Maxi responds to many customisations. 

Patented :

We patented the brand, and we patented the product (INPI).

Deploy, Test & Learn :

YooLiv prototypes have been produced, tested and installed for more than 6 months.

We learned a lot with the feedback of early adopters :
- GSM network is a good solution
- Early YooLiv detects cats and dogs -> we changed the design and updated the software (over the air)
- Stop when power outage -> we have more than 1 hour autonomy
- Not easy to put on a wall -> we update the design
- Always on when I'm on vacation -> alarm mode
- ...

YooLiv One is mature, and ready to be industrialized.

YooLiv collect more than 2,5 million data every month. Those data is store in a secure Cloud storage, and structured for Artificial Intelligence.

Our values

We value design : the device mustn't be stigmatizing, and must be well integrated in elders environnement.

Competitors :

Teleassistance are not competitors : they take away caregivers from senior (except in emergency...) 

When we presented YooLiv to "Le Gerontopole des Pays de la Loire", no directs competitors were identified.

The closest one is Domalys with a nice designed "connected" lamp : Alladin.
This lamp is connected to the wifi (a GMS modem could be added), and analyse the moves of the elder. The price is 450 EUR.

Next steps :

Deploy and test YooLivMaxi protoypes, to get users feed-back

Industrialize YooLiv One and YooLiv Maxi : technical specifications, plastic injection, assembly process, quality control, documentation.

Developp a mobile App to give acces data to the caregivers and to allow them to configure YooLiv. 

Promote and sell YooLiv (CCAS network, direct sells, amazon...).
