We work in the design of projects and strategies for the development of "Smart City", under the inspiration of the circular economy and the latest technologies.

We want to respond to social problems such as demographic aging, gentrification in urban areas or depopulation in rural areas with designing inclusive solutions and the reuse of disused spaces and buildings and the rehabilitations / adaptations of high energy efficiency and passive house standard.

In this way, it fosters the cohesion of cities and generates new intergenerational spaces and new opportunities for its inhabitants.
