Our experience in previous projects is that we are able of dig up a hidden treasure of entrepreneurial in Friesland. This was an unexpected result with it's focus on a different social problem. So as a result we developed the Frisian Entrepreneur Academy. Our goal is to co-create businesses and employment in Friesland/ Leeuwarden.
One Page Summary
In the FEA program the potential (talent) and drive of the participant is the central startingpoint, instead of the offer of the subsidized industry around the creation of ‘employment’ for people on benefit in Friesland. People (either with or without debts) in a social benefit situation we coach talent-focused on their entrepreneurial skills with the aim to launch new companies with them. We are convinced that if we do not take action opportunities will remain untouched for people with entrepreneurship potential. And for the creation of new (and valued) employment.
