In the beginning of a project the scope of a creative challenge in innovation is uncertain. The desire of change through this innovation is recognized, but lacks any plan, structure or vision. During this part of the process there is a need for a designer who can translate the vision of the client into a clear project proposal whilst combining creative design challenges.

This is where I step in, I am Willem Stohr, and am capable of closing this gap between creative professionals, market and society. Personally I am always challenged by social and creative issues and think of creative and controversial ways to simplify these issues with innovating concepts.
Design and creativity are my tools which I use to think about these issues; I am not your average designer. I am a designer and manager of processes in companies and push innovation with the use of multi-disciplinary teams.
