Makers Unite Diversity Challenge

Newcomers are to shape the future of diversity in Amsterdam. They can bring a refreshing insight on diversity issues, contributing to an innovative and inclusive society for all. Based on the award winning talent development program of Makers Unite we created a 6-week design thinking sprint on diversity inside SDG House, proposing bottom-up local based solutions with a scalable methodology.

One Page Summary

Amsterdam is growing. With 10.000 new people every year, the city and the workforce are becoming more diverse. But the Dutch labour market is still excluding, for instance, to newcomers or people with a refugee background.
How can we create more opportunities and a more inclusive society?
We offer SDG House hands-on and creative newcomers who will support in solving this question in our 6-weeks creative challenge program. A design thinking sprint on diversity inside SDG House, proposing bottom-up local based solutions with a scalable methodology.
