Giolli is a social cooperative was established the 11th November 2008 but its members and mission come from Giolli association, created the 15th February 1992. As Giolli association they took parts as partners in 3 Grundtvig1 and as leader in 2 Grundtvig3. Giolli cooperative has 2 experiences to manage European Grants one as applicant (DG Justice: Fratt project in 2011-2) the second as partner (Comenius: Fotel project in 2012-4) moreover every year we organise 2 training at European dimension (former Grundtvig Training in Service).
In 2016 we won as applicant a grant under Erasmus Plus Ka2 action with the project FHOFIJ (against LGBT discrimination in labour market) and in 2017 Migreat, about Legislative-Theatre with migrants.
Moreover we are partner in LegiLab, a KA2 project about Legislative-Theatre.
Giolli aims at creating a more peaceful, fair and democratic world using mainly Boal's theatre method, Freire's pedagogical approach, Active no-violence, Community Development Approach.

We have at the moment 7 official members (2 permanent employees, 3 temporary, 2 volunteers), plus 20-30 collaborators (actors, group leaders, animators...).
The organisation has 2 external consultants to manage all administrative affairs.
Mazzini is supervisor and takes care the projects, chooses the trainers, teaches in our “school”.
Filoni runs several projects and is teacher in our school.
Badalotti takes care our courses and works also as technician in our performances.
The staff come from more than 20 years of experience in leading groups of adults and teen-agers using T.O. and Freire's approach.
Usually we get funds by private and public Bodies (projects), European programs, individuals (courses fee).
Fields of activities are mainly Justice, psiychiatry, social work, school.
Main target groups are at the moment: youth, psychiatric patients, prisoners, social workers, teachers.
