• Consumption tracker is a new category of mobile application, incorporating to some extent the features of ‘expense tracker’ for users to track their finances (expenses and balances) and ‘shopping app’ to see product details and do online shopping. The key value proposition for the urban consumers include: a) curated stream of most of the purchase and consumption activities for daily tracking by urban consumers, b) simulated bills and intelligent product purchase guides based on demographic, consumption pattern, past purchases, health, and medication requirements, c) improved convenience for the consumers to see their carts before, during, and after purchases, d) link to services and warranted provided by manufacturers and suppliers.

• Tek! empowers its users improve adherence to purchase and consume products and services that have higher environment-friendly rating (thereby contributing to climate protection), healthy consumption by providing in-app guidance on product composition, improve timeliness in medication, and adopt to better practices in disposal of electronic and other wastes.

• Primary source of revenue for this project is the targeted and highly personalized advertisements of FMCG/CPG products by retailers (retail stores and etailers) and manufacturers at a nominal cost.
