A juice-bar in down-town Athens, serving mostly seasonal local fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies (we also serve fair-trade organic coffee, but that takes only 20% of our turnover). We started in 2014 and we employ mostly people from vulnerable groups (e.g. ex-prisoners, ex drug addicts, migrants/refugees). We all share equally all the revenues of the business (we all get the same salary) and all the information pertaining to the business (eg how much we pay for everything, how much are our revenues every day). We do not share the risk and the decision-making. It's a commercially sustainable business, making ends meet.
