In the spaces of Dialogue Place and Foqus, in Naples in via Portacarrese a Montecalvario 69, a new appointment with the experimentation of Connect Cafè Napoli. 

This time we will discover flavours and atmospheres of oriental lands in the company of Carlo Laurora, author of the book "I live the world: the Silk Road without planes" that will tell us his experience of traveling "slow" and out of the box, aspiring citizen of the world, and co-founder of the travel blog Italian?Yes !.

During the evening Susanna Poghosyan, drawing on her origins, her migrant experience and her passion for cooking, will reveal the secrets of the preparation of the Chamichov Plav, an Armenian sweet and sour hot dish made with rice and dried fruit served with spicy tea, will evoke aromas and flavours of the Caucasian country.
The show cooking will be accompanied by the projection of videos and images of the fabulous journey of Carlo Laurora.

In the company of the cultural mediator Pierre Peira we will also talk about the Migrantour Napoli project, promoted by the Casba Social Cooperative, and the many distant Worlds living here with us. A subject that is also at heart for the friendly Tina & Angelo Scognamiglio, special guests of the evening and masters of cultural sharing and culinary experimentation.

The meeting will be moderated by the journalist Gianni Rinaldi.
