My vision is an inclusive society, where nobody is excluded, everybody can participate and is valued on an equal basis with others. I work with the fundings of Erasmus+, because this is a great instrument to foster inclusion in education, sports and culture. I have organized couple of empowerment workshops for people with disabilities, a workshop for European Jewish community and Learning Partnerships to empower disadvantaged people through theatre plays and to empower a variety of disadvantaged groups (people sufferig PTSD, poeple living under the thread of social exclusion, early school leavers) through enviromental involvement . I was involved in an interreligious Christian-Muslim-project in crises intervention.
I studied economics, social interactions, communication in businesses and social enterprises, quality and service management. 2011-2013 I worked for the University FernUniversität Hagen on these fields.
Currently I work for the social consulting company SCHENcK together with my husband Stefan. I was an idea giver to the Erasmus+ , KA3 project SOIL (Social Inclusion of Learners), where I work for the partner SCHENcK being responsible for evaluation, documentation and communication. SOIL disseminates best practices in individualized teaching and learning approaches in six European countries.
As a trainer in communication skills I work with employees of inclusive companies. I am the author and a coordinator of a nationwide school theater project in Germany on Nazi-Euthanasia-Crimes, already for a second time. Also I am a human rights activist focusing on the rights of people with disabilities and also I am an active parent engaged in inclusive schools. Being a mother of 5 children, age 4 to 20, boys and girls, I am very rich on educational experiences and social competences. My 18 years old son has Down Syndrom and is a great teacher for me and for his community. I come from Slovakia. I live and work in Berlin. When I was 18, I came to Germany without speaking a word in German what makes me feel and understand the needs of newly arrived migrants.

The challenge solution on school communication tool for Futuraskolan I developed together with the social enterprise atempo (Austria).
