Javier Pagán a managing director of Fundación Educativa Activa-t and a corporate coach. He is doing a Phd at the University Miguel Hernandez for the role of dialogue to develop critical thinking and impact on student performance and employability. He is certified in organizacional leadership and coaching for the Institute of Psychosynthesis (London), a masters in coaching and development for the University of Porstmouth (UK). Also, he has an International MBA for the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid) and the Loyola University Business School (USA). He is a certified senior coach for AECOP and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration for the University of Valencia. He has worked as a project team leader and has lead teams in Spain and abroad. He is a member of the school board member in ESIC, ENAE Business School and Luís Vives Business School.
