My name is Irja Berntson and I am an equality consultant, working to help organisations, companies and government agencies to improve their knowledge about diversity, equality and anti-discrimination to become more inclusive workplaces. I give lectures, lead processes and help teams create working environments free of discrimination and abusive behaviour. 
With a University degree in pedagogy, and having worked as a teacher for nearly 15 years, I am very experienced in classroom opportunities as well as challenges. 
My work as a teacher has always been norm creative, making my own educational material to avoid reproducing stereotypes in written and visual materials. I also have a University degree in journalism and studies in gender science with an intersectional perspective.
Today, I work together with a digital producer to further develop educational platforms for equality and diversity.
