My name is Zdrava Vodenicharova from Sofia, Bulgaria. I'm part of the central team of Sofia Bread House in the position of   Projects and Programs Manager at Bread Houses Network. I have a Master degree in Social work (Social work with children) from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (Bulgaria).

In the Bread Houses Network I'm involved in social entrepreneurship and change-making projects, establishing meaningful partnerships for collaboration on solving complex social problems. My scope of work covers topics on social entrepreneurship, initiatives and projects with communities, groups and individuals, team-building, social and education innovations, creativity and dialogue.

I have strong background and experience as coordinator and expert of national and international projects financed by different programs and donors; training facilitator of professionals working with people at risk and with special needs; public relations; direct social work and provision of social and educational services for children and families at risk. I'm also author of several publications and articles in bulletins and handbooks, as well as co-author of manuals and booklets for work with vulnerable groups.
