Im am the director of the educational Center for adults of the City of Pforzheim in Germany. I am involved in european Projects since more than 10 years. I am also very interested in international education with the aim to connect different institutions of education and their staff creating future fields for a sustainable education. I have experience in european working in the following fields: Quality Management, intercultural teacher Training, learning between Generations. I am an expert in sistemic teaching and learning. I gave seminairs in different countries like Italy, Cuba and Ecuador. I promote and develop concepts for the competences of the teaches of tomorrow.
