I shifted into being an organisational change consultant and facilitator after the Masters in “Economics for Transition” at Schumacher College, where I realised the importance of shifting the paradigm from where we act in the world in order to co-create a sustainable future.

I have specialise in applying complex living systems theory and collaborative methodologies and embodied practices focusing on leadership, values, culture creation and the structures and methodologies needed in our organizations to better understand and thrive within the complex, changeable and uncertain reality we live in.
I have co-founded of Eroles Project (www.erolesproject.org) a learning for action centre where we explore and experimient with different ways of thinking and forming as a group that can take action in the world.

I co-founded La Bolina (www.labolina.org) an association looking systemically into migration and the root causes of it. We are creating a prototype that aims to tackle some of this causes proposing a win win solution. The project aims to regenerate the land, lives and culture in the rural areas of Spain in high risk of depopulation by creating sustainable livelihoods for all, migrants refugees and local youngsters and a thriving community of people with a shared vision.
