Founder of Vintage Baby social enterprise, successfully integrating migrant women in the labor market in Norway since 2014. Creating opportunities for women with little or unknown formal education trough transferring their recourses and skills into today's labor marked context.  Using a sociocultural perspective on learning. 

Currently running several work-spaces employing these women, and mentoring other regions in how to implement new methods to create positive social changes and more socioeconomic sustainability in migration and attitude towards migration.
