I am a Political Scientist specialized in Conflictology, humanitarian action and forced migration, and more than 20 years of experience living and working in the field and diverse experience in governance and multisectoral leadership, capacity building of civil society organizations and management of humanitarian missions, particularly in conflict and unstable post crisis contexts like Georgia, Philippines, Angola, Mali, Chad or Afghanistan, among others. I have also provided technical assistance in governance to countries recipient of Global Fund and currently teaches humanitarian practitioners and UN staff about forced migration, international humanitarian law and ethics in humanitarian work and in development cooperation. I am currently completing a MA on refugee protection & forced migration with the University of London, and participating in a research about the integration of Syrian refugees in Turkey. I am fluent in Spanish, English, French and Russian.
