Roberto is a graduate of Bologna University in Political Science and he is specialized in Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Culture and Leadership and Social Psychology. In 2003 he founded Cronopios, a consulting firm, specializing in Cultural Project Management, Events and he is adjunct professor of the Department of Sociology – Urbino University (Italy), where he teaches Project Management of Cultural Events and Place Marketing. Since 2004 he attended Creaconference as participant, presenter and facilitator developing his skills in facilitating Creative Problem Solving process and he is Foursight Advanced Trainer. He founded, with Fabrizio Poli and Elena Giannino, Poliassociati, a consultant network specializing in Process Consultation, Creativity, Innovation and Change Management and works in Italy with public and private organizations to facilitate creativity, innovation process, change and transition.
