Since 2003 we offer innovative services and specialist consultancy for the ideation and management of cultural and social innovation events.
We design and realize events and projects able to multiply the potential of culture and creativity and produce innovative and public utility impacts.
We manage cultural spaces and provide consultancy services for people that work in cultural and creative sectors. We design and implement training courses in the field of cultural management, creative problem solving and social innovation.
We are a team specialized in cultural project management and in facilitating creative processes. We employ a consolidated network of partners to guarantee a wide range of services for the complete realization of any event and project.
MAIN PROJECTS:
Consultancy and events in social and cultural sector:
- Parenti delle Vittime della Strage di Ustica Association: We plan and manage the activities to celebrate the anniversary of the massacre;
- Mental Health Theatre: Plan and realization of “Movimenti” e “Teatralmente” to show the works of the theatrical groups of Regione Emilia Romagna Departments of Mental Health.
- Italian Numbers: Production of the show “Italian Numbers”, an original production that deals with the issue of violence against women.
- Canta Libera Terra: Collaboration for the realization of the show to promote work and development in the lands confiscated from the mafia.
- Arte e Salute Association: We provide a consultancy to the Association, which has its objective the work placement in the theater and the radio communication of a group of patients from the Mental Health Department.
Training:
- Training in social Innovation: we have designed and conduced an Advanced Training Course for expert in the management of social innovation projects.
- Advanced Training Course in Cultural Project Management: from 2004 we design and conduce various editions of the Course.
Action learning and creative problem solving workshop and events:
- Banca Intesa, “Il Tao dell’Eccellenza”, 2003- 2004, 34 creative conventions with facilitators, testimonials and team working;
- Regione Emilia Romagna, “N.inA. Network in Action”, 2008-2010), an action-learning process using creative problem solving tools to activate a “practice community” (more than 1.000 participants);
- Local Police – RER, “Immagine Polizie Locali”, 2011-2012), action learning, creative focus groups, “learning community” of facilitators, 7 project lines to develop the “Local Police” image and communication actions;
- Mental Health Centers RER, “Promoting Local Networks for Managing TSO Actions” 2016-2018), 8 workshops of 3 days to activate operators networks and to project a new “operative protocol” to manage the risks.
- Urbact EU Program, “Re-generation”, San Lazzaro di Sav., 27th-28th Feb. 2017, a two-days creative meeting with facilitators and show, with transnational, exchange & learning goals improving urban policies and practices.
