Eptec Epurare was established in 2016 with the purpose do develop and sell compact treating units. The products range from 2 to 500 cubic meters/hour and are able to fit discharging parametters under heavy conditions regarding lack of influent, lack of load, cold/hot temperatures, chemically agressive waters, etc. All this with verry low space requirements and operational costs.

The Bluecon system is designed and built to achieve the highest degree of wastewater, bilge water, or percolate water treatment levels requested in Europe or any other local authority around the world. Our proved system can be easily adapted to different local conditions regarding inflow quantity and loading levels.
We commercialise products that range from 50 (even 10 if needed) to 100.000 equivalent inhabitants, or even higher by using multiple modular units that work in parallel and can easily be integrated, controlled, scaled up or down in the PLC.

The BLUECON system achieves secondary treatment parameters without using bacteria and biological treatment. The product removes BOD,COD, TSS,N, P etc. by its innovative flotation system which can remove contrary to general belief also the DOM (dissolved organic matter) thought to only be the attribute of biological treatment plus the rest of the flux that takes out more N,COD,BOD, viruses etc by oxidation, UV treatment, osmosis if requested. Of course each treatment plant has to be dimensioned according to local inputs but we are confident that the BLUECON can lower all wastewater parameters to meet conditions. Even more, the Bluecon effluent can be used as valuable resource for reclaimed water by using in agriculture. Being an physical system, it can be easily adapted to not remove N,P from the wastewater or to reduce it at a precise requested level so the effluent retains the nutrients for irrigation use. The BLUECON sludge (30% less than traditional treatment) is sterilised, dehydrated and cleaned so it can be used for treating acid soils or as forest fertilizer, even for agriculture use but that implies more detailed studies.
We strongly believe that our product's low costs/cube (30% less than traditional treatment systems) and the fact that we achieve secondary and tertiary treatment of wastewater without using the biological step - thus being a very stable system not dependant of waste load or flow- recommends our product for your applications.

Furthermore, our Waste Water Treatment Plant can be easily adapted in a community that want to switch to circular economy, or wants to implement Smart City/IoT solutions in order to optimize the efficiency and rise the interactivity level of it’s urban services.

The Bluecon is a very compact technology, smartly using the scarce urban available space. A Bluecon unit needs 10-20% of the space needed for a classical treatment unit.
Using a 100% physical process, very stable, our units do not contain the biological treatment step, thus they do not produce in excess sludge (30% less sludge than the classical treatment plants produce), this being reflected in 30% lower costs for disposal of the sludge. In average, a Bluecon unit offers
25%-50% lower operational costs than the existing technologies.

Our treatment plants can be 100% energy independent if opted for! This allows for a very low CO2 print and also for implementing them in remote areas.
