Next to this, the project foreseen actions to build a community of Fellows addressing (new or existing) potential institutions in different European regions with the short-term scope to identify, within the project timeframe, at least 3 concrete potential pilot area and 10 existing initiative to award as Fellows Farmers. The grounds of the expansion of the Fellows Farmers will find space on a platform, developed by the service provider, built to host the Fellow Farmers and to offer them services and tools on the long term. In addition to the platform (from developing, setting and populating), the service provider will be in charge for setting up the methodology, identify the pilot areas and existing initiative, boost the birth of the community, facilitate initiatives within the community and develop the business and sustainability plan. A close collaboration and exchange of knowledge and experience with the Farm Cultural Park Initiator is needed for the success of the project.
