I'm Ndiaye Mamadou Lamine, born in Senegal in 1989 in Yeumbeul, one of the poorest cities in Senegal. I had the oprtunity to come to Italy in 2005, where I finish the high school and graduated in Economics and Commerce at the prestigious University of Bologna.

I founded and I am the president of the Senegal association in Faenza (Italy) which is composed  by more than 200 members.
After the university, with an entrepreneurial idea, I went to the financial institutions to prupouse an ambitious project which was aimed to offer a microcredits for migrants, but unfortunately the project was rejected for various financial reasons (starting capital, insurance, etc). This experience help me to understand that this was not only my problem but also a problem of many people like me, mostly immigrated with entrepreneurial ideas.

By doing an deply research and talking with many of migrants, I discovered that there are many people with great ideas that fail to express their talent and show that they are not only a problem but also a solution which can contribute positively to the growth of the countries in which they live.
